  1. 3D Secure Authentication

All credit/debit card payments are protected using 3D Secure (3DS) authentication (e.g., Verified by Visa, Mastercard ID Check). Completing the 3DS verification confirms that the cardholder authorizes the transaction as a self-initiated purchase.

  1. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment authorization, digital products are delivered instantly via download link or email. The service is considered fully rendered once the digital file has been sent or access has been granted to the user account.

  1.  Fraud Prevention & Unauthorized Transactions

To comply with global payment security standards, we log transaction metadata including IP addresses, device identifiers, and download timestamps.

  • Stolen Card Commitment: We take financial security seriously. If a card is used fraudulently on our platform without the owner’s consent, we are committed to issuing a refund to the rightful cardholder.
  • Strict Refund Protocol: To prevent money laundering and further fraud, refunds for unauthorized transactions will be processed exclusively back to the original payment method (the source card). Under no circumstances will refunds be issued via bank transfer or to a different account.
  • Evidence Collection: We maintain detailed audit logs of all download activities. In the event of a dispute, these logs (including IP matching and access timestamps) will be provided to the issuing bank as evidence of service fulfillment.
  1. Refund, Dispute & Chargeback Policy

General Policy: Digital Products Are Non-Refundable Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. Digital files cannot be returned once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.

However, www.pixmarket.top will review refund or replacement requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Unauthorized/Stolen Card Usage: Proven fraudulent transactions where the cardholder did not authorize the purchase. (Claims must be supported by a bank dispute or official report).
  • Significant Product Discrepancy: The delivered product is materially different from the description or preview shown on the website.
  • Critical Technical Issues: The file is corrupted or unusable and our support team cannot provide a working replacement within 3 business days.
  • Duplicate Purchase: A confirmed system error causes multiple charges for the same product.
  1. Mandatory Dispute Resolution Process
  • Contact Support First: Please email contact@pixmarket.top to report issues such as unauthorized charges, technical problems, or incorrect delivery.
  • Internal Investigation: Our team will review transaction logs, 3DS verification data, and file access logs. If a claim of unauthorized use is validated, a refund will be initiated through our payment gateway.
  • Chargeback Protection: We provide comprehensive transaction records and delivery evidence to payment processors to resolve fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks if our logs show that the product was fully accessed or downloaded prior to the dispute.
